Bovisand Cottage is a delightful 3-bedroom detached cottage standing in its own private grounds within in a sunny wooded valley on the South Devon Coast, near Plymouth. 

The Cottage is only minutes away from a safe sandy beach on the South West Coastal Path, overlooking Plymouth Sound.

Bovisand Cottage was our family home before moving across the valley where we renovated the Lodge - a Grade 2 country house, in the grounds of which we run a small un-commercialised holiday park with an indoor heated swimming pool.  

In the outer grounds of the cottage there is a small Reservoir (well fenced) which was built during the Napoleonic Wars, which is of interest to history and nature lovers as wild duck nest there.


There is an abundance of wildlife with rabbits, foxes, peasants and badgers in attendance for most of the year. It is not uncommon to pass any of them when coming down the lane at night. Not forgetting the Bovisand Geese and Goats who are always happy to receive some leftover toast for breakfast!
